We want you to be 100% satisfied with your fit, which is why we offer free domestic exchanges and easy returns on all unworn products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in brand-new condition with no scuffing on the outsoles to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn boots or accessories in their original packaging and include any provided inserts to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any old labels.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
